Preston Mckinney, 31, (pictured) and Annique Monk-Goldsmith, 33, both of Bend, Oregon, face charges related to marijuana distribution after they were caught with the (top) three pounds of marijuana and (above) 57 viles of liquid THC at a DWI check point.
