Montvale’s Borough Council on Nov. 14—after over two years of affordable housing negotiations—approved settlements allowing 350 rental units, a hotel, office and retail space at the Mercedes site. The council also approved 185 rental housing units on the 7 acres of the 37-acre Sony campus that sits within the borough’s borders.
