HARRINGTON PARK, N.J.—On July 12 at 4:14 p.m., an 18-year-old male from Harrington Park was arrested for obstructing the administration of law, specifically by refusing to produce required documents—driver’s license, insurance card, et cetera—after being stopped for careless driving. Police said the operator was uncooperative and belligerent.

Officer Michael Getto initiated the motor vehicle stop on Lohs Place after observing the operator driving in a careless fashion in an area under road construction.

The male operator was charged with the following offenses and released: obstructing the administration of law, careless driving, and failure to produce required documents.
