Emerson tree lighting Dec. 6; first annual Winter Wonderland set

EMERSON, NJ—The Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and first annual Winter Wonderland flash to life on Wednesday, Dec. 6 at 6 p.m. at Borough Hall.

The Emerson Recreation Commission presents the First Annual Winter Wonderland in conjunction with Project Graduation to benefit the graduating class of 2018.

Winter Wonderland runs Wednesday to Friday, Dec. 6 to 8, from 6 to 10 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 9, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Head to Benkovic and Hillman Fields for a Christmas tree sale fundraiser for the safety of Emerson’s youth.

The rink is open for ice skating, and shopping at the Christmas market is bountiful. New vendors each day offer a wealth of gifts and food.

Have professional photos taken with Santa in his workshop, and grab prizes and surprises.
