PASCACK VALLEY—The Greater Pascack Valley Chamber of Commerce hosts its Citizen of the Year Awards on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. at Seasons Catering in Washington Township. The Chamber has been recognizing outstanding individuals in the community for decades, honoring those who have made selfless contributions in various ways. This year, the honorees are Robin Malley and Jeff Jasper.

Malley, a former Chamber president, has served on several local real estate and nonprofit boards and has supported local businesses throughout her career in Bergen County.Jasper, a long-time educator at Pascack Valley High School, has coached the varsity girls’ basketball team for more than 50 years, becoming the winningest girls’ high school basketball coach in New Jersey history. He is also active in numerous nonprofit organizations and local high school scholarship programs.

Dinner tickets are available for $125 per person and can be purchased on the website. Proceeds from the event support scholarships at the 10 high schools in the Greater Pascack Valley area, as well as donations to each honoree’s designated organization.
