Dumont man had liquid THC
On July 26 at about 11:42 p.m., Officer Andrew Soltes conducted a motor vehicle stop on Schraalenburgh Road. Investigation revealed the 20-year-old male driver from Dumont was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, namely liquid THC and drug paraphernalia.
The driver was placed under arrest and transported to Haworth Police Headquarters for processing. The defendant was issued a complaint-summons charging him with possession of marijuana, 50 grams or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The defendant was fingerprinted, photographed and released as well as issued three motor vehicle summonses.
Bergenfield woman also had liquid THC
On July 31 at about 2:56 p.m., Officer Soltes conducted a motor vehicle stop on Schraalenburgh Road. Investigation revealed the 20-year-old female driver from Bergenfield was in possession of liquid THC. She was then placed under arrest and transported to Haworth Police Headquarters for processing. The driver was issued a complaint-summons charging her with possession of marijuana, 50 grams or less. The defendant was fingerprinted, photographed and released along with receiving three motor vehicle summonses.
Another case of liquid THC reported
On Aug. 1 at around 11:02 a.m., Officer George Buono conducted a motor vehicle stop on Valley Road with a vehicle bearing a New Jersey registration. Investigation revealed a 23-year-old female driver from Norwood was in possession of liquid THC and drug paraphernalia.
The driver was placed under arrest and transported to Haworth Police Headquarters for processing. The defendant was subsequently issued a complaint-summons charging her with possession of marijuana, 50 grams or less, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The woman was fingerprinted, photographed and released on her own recognizance. The driver was also issued five motor vehicle summonses.
Harrington Park man’s drugs seized
On Aug. 1, at about 2:40 p.m., Officer Andrew Soltes reported conducting a motor vehicle stop on Grant Avenue, Oradell with a vehicle bearing a New Jersey registration. Investigation revealed the 27-year-old male driver from Harrington Park was in possession of prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was then placed under arrest and transported to Haworth Police Headquarters for processing.
The defendant was subsequently issued a complaint-summons charging him with possession of prescription legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was fingerprinted, photographed and turned over to the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department due to an outstanding arrest warrant. He was issued two motor vehicle summonses.
Juveniles near water company property had marijuana
On Aug. 2 at about 9:05 p.m., Officer Kevin McKeary reported while on patrol in the area of Suez Water on Lake Shore Drive observing several parties in the vicinity of two parked vehicles bearing New Jersey registrations.
Investigation revealed a 17-year-old male from Washington Township and a 17-year-old male from Oradell were in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, namely marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The juveniles were placed into protective custody and transported to Haworth Police Headquarters for processing. The juvenile males were subsequently released to a guardian; charges pending subject to review by the Juvenile Bureau.
