MONTVALE—The Pascack Hills High School sophomore class says it’s thrilled to announce its food truck festival, Tuesday, June 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the school parking lot, 225 W. Grand Ave.
This event promises a diverse array of local food vendors. Swing by to indulge in treats from Clyde’s Italian Ice, Coney Island Pizza, The Empanada Lady, and The Hen and The Hog. The festival is cash-only, with a rain date of June 12.
The festival promises not only a delightful culinary experience; it also serves as a vital fundraiser for the sophomore class. All proceeds will help offset costs for upcoming events, including the junior and senior proms, and the safe graduation initiative for the class of 2026.
This year’s festival is spearheaded by Madeline Charnow, sophomore class president. After the resounding success of her Columbus Day Food Truck Festival, the school administration gave her the green light to organize a second one.
According to Madeline’s mom, Jennifer, Madeline has taken on the full responsibility of planning and executing the event, handling everything from vendor outreach and securing insurance to planning and advertising.
The PHHS Food Truck Festival is open to the public, and everyone is encouraged to attend and support the sophomore class. Join for an afternoon filled with good food, great company, and a fantastic cause.
