Hillsdale pantry plans turkey donation drive for Nov. 18

HILLSDALE, N.J. –– The Helping Hand Food Pantry is conducting its Turkey Donation Drive on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Hillsdale United Methodist Church , at the corner of Hillsdale and Mongolia avenues.

The entrance to the pantry is on Magnolia Avenue.

Those donating turkeys are asked to drive up to the entrance; volunteers will come out to their cars and carry the donations into the pantry. Mail gift cards and checks to: Helping Hand Food Pantry, PO Box 354, Hillsdale NJ 07642.

The Pantry will also accept grocery store gift cards and checks to be used to purchase turkeys. They can be dropped off the day of the drive, or can be mailed to the pantry. Checks should be made payable to: Helping Hand Food Pantry.
