WESTWOOD — It’s not quite 5 o’clock, but the Westwood Mayor and Council are ready to mix things up! On Friday, Sept. 27 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Westwood seniors (55 and older) are invited to join the borough’s leaders for an afternoon of lively discussion and cool mocktails at the Westwood Community Center, 55 Jefferson Ave.
Hosted by Mayor Ray Arroyo and the Borough Council, the “Hot Topics & Cold Mocktails” event promises to be a fun and informative gathering where seniors can sip on refreshing, alcohol-free drinks while getting the latest scoop on new programs designed just for them. Whether it’s addressing burning questions or introducing exciting new initiatives, this is the perfect opportunity to engage with local leadership in a relaxed setting.
Attendees can also enjoy light snacks while they mingle and make their voices heard. Registration is required, so don’t miss your chance to shake things up with the mayor and council. Call (201) 664-7882 or register at the community center.
