Kenneth ‘Kenny’ J. Kase, 57, of Emerson

Kenneth J. Kase, 57, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018. Born May 15, 1961 in Queens, N.Y., he spent most of his life in Emerson, but spent the last year in Waxhaw, N.C.

Beloved son of Rita King and stepdad Howie, predeceased John Kase and stepmom Donna. Dearest husband of Gina Kase (née Comparetto). Cherished father of three: Kenneth, Lindsay and Dylan. Loving brother of Joanne, John, Julie and Vanessa. Admired uncle of Michael, Kelly, Matthew, Dan, James, Julianne, Jake, Logan, Hunter and Hannah.

Kenny spent seven years serving in the U.S. Coast Guard and went on to work many years with tugboats on the dock.

Kenny was well known for his many stories and jokes bringing a smile to the face of everyone he met. He will be deeply missed by all and live on forever in our hearts.

The Memorial Mass celebrating Kenny’s life and faith was held at Church of the Assumption in Emerson on Sunday, June 17.
