WOODCLIFF LAKE—Authorities are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a car that occurred late Friday afternoon, Aug. 1.
According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, borough police responded to the scene on Pascack Road near West Hill Road around 4:51 p.m., where a motorcycle and a motor vehicle had collided.
Despite life-saving efforts, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, the Prosecutor’s Office said. The individual’s identity was being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was cooperating with investigators.
The crash remains under investigation.
