Pauline “Polly” E. Greenhalgh (nee Sohn) 93, of River Vale, passed away on Jan. 23, 2019 after a long illness.
Beloved wife of Richard B. Greenhalgh. Loving mother of Deborah Wisniewski and her husband Peter Wisniewski, the late Patricia E. Greenhalgh, Richard W.T. Greenhalgh and partner Iris Gillon, and Mary Beth Greenhalgh and partner Dennis Whitaker. Adored grandmother of Nicholas Wisniewski. Devoted sister of the late Diana Dvorin, Jane Ireland, the late Thomas Sohn, the late Irene Lenhard King, the late Louise Facchini, and Ruth Bendewald.
Also survived by her brother-in-law, George Smith, many nieces and nephews and friends. Viewing was on Monday, Jan. 28 at Becker Funeral Home, Westwood. Service was on Tuesday, Jan. 29 at Bogart Memorial Church, Bogota. Burial followed at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
