The night will be filled with music, as the concert will feature Christmas carols, classic Broadway love duets, traditional Irish and Italian favorites and holiday music. Back by popular demand, the featured performer will be Ciaran Sheehan, the well-known Irish tenor, who starred in the coveted role of The Phantom to critical acclaim in over 1,000 performances of the extraordinarily successful Broadway musical “The Phantom of the Opera” both on Broadway and in Toronto. Previously he had the leading role in “Les Miserables” on Broadway for more than a year.

Joining Ciaran will be Sarah Pfisterer, soprano, who played over 1,000 performances in “The Phantom of the Opera” on Broadway in the role of Christine, and on Broadway as Magnolia in “Show Boat.” She also appeared in The Irish Repertory Theatre’s production of “Meet Me In Saint Louis.” Also appearing will be Heather Martin Bixler, a classical violinist and a Julliard graduate, who has performed with the New York Philharmonic, the American Symphony, and The New York City Ballet, and has performed in Canada, Ireland and the United States. The piano accompanist will be Sue Anderson, who has performed in the Broadway productions of “Cats,” “The Lion King” and “The Pirates of Penzance.”

At intermission, a champagne toast will follow the lighting of the parish’s Christmas tree. Refreshments including wine and cheese, and coffee and cookies will be served.

Tickets are $35 each and are available at the parish office, 209 Woodcliff Ave. Call (201) 391-2826 for more information. Parishioners will have the opportunity to become a sponsor of the concert and they will be prominently recognized in the concert’s program booklet, which will be provided to parishioners and guests.
