The Westwood Recreation Department is urging families to register by Wednesday, April 1, for two spring break camps scheduled for Monday, April 6, through Thursday, April 9.
A multisports camp for grades K–6 will run from 9 a.m. to noon at Brookside Park, while a tennis camp for grades K–8 is set for 1–3 p.m. at the Westwood Regional High School tennis courts. Friday, April 10, is reserved as a rain date.
Registration is available through Community Pass or in person at the Westwood Community Center, 55 Jefferson Ave.
The department is also accepting registrations for its full slate of spring programs, with classes beginning the week of April 13.
Adult offerings include beginner and intermediate tennis, morning and evening yoga, Zumba, circuit training, morning boot camp, ultimate Frisbee, salsa dance, cooking, and a women’s kickball league for ages 21 and older.
For preschoolers, the lineup includes Abrakadoodle Art, Cheer Dance Squirts, Soccer Squirts, Soccer Squirts Parent & Me, Multi Sports Squirts, MultiSports Parent & Me, and Squirts T-ball.
Programs for children and teens include tennis, golf, GRIT Ninja Warrior, girls outdoor volleyball, boys indoor volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, Spring Survival Adventure, Lego STEM, Hydropower Explorers, Mixed Media Art, Theatre Games, Improv, and Culinary Classics.
