Tenafly Man Accused of Sex Crimes Against Child

TENAFLY, N.J.—A man employed as a swim instructor was arrested and charged by authorities investigating a report he engaged in sexual acts with a child under 13 over the course of two years in Tenafly, said Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo.

Kevin Guo, 23, of Tenafly, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with sexual assault by sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, both second degree charges.

Guo’s first court hearing was Dec. 28, and sheriff’s department records show he posted bail and was released Jan. 2.
