ENGLEWOOD, N.J.—Police are asking for help catching the suspect caught on video stealing cash from Oprandy’s Wine and Liquor Store on Feb. 8 at 9:07 p.m.
The suspect entered the liquor store dressed in dark clothing, wearing a reflective vest, and carrying a large piece of plastic to cover his face, police said.
“The suspect appears to have a distinctive walk as he first enters the store, so we are hoping that with the release of the video, someone may recognize him,” Torell added.
“The victims called our communications center and officers responded. During a search of the area, some of his clothing, along with the plastic, was recovered a short distance from the store,” Englewood Detective Capt. Timothy Torell said.
