HAWORTH, N.J.—On Oct. 26 at 12:26 p.m., Officer Thomas Reinecke and Officer Kevin McKeary were dispatched to the area of Paulson Place on a report of a suspicious male entering a vehicle in a driveway located at the aforementioned location.
Reinecke observed a male subject on foot matching the description given by dispatch at the above location. Upon Officer Reinecke’s approach to the 38-year-old male subject from New York, N.Y., he refused to follow officer’s commands and subsequently tossed a 2-foot-long machete.

Investigation revealed the actor was also in possession of controlled dangerous substances, namely marijuana and cocaine. The actor was transported to Haworth Police Headquarters for processing. The defendant was subsequently issued a complaint-summons charging him with burglary, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana, 50 grams or less.
