To the editor:
I am Nancy Herbert Russo. I have lived in Emerson since 1955. I am Brian Downing’s mother. I am asking for the residents of Emerson to consider voting for Brian and Pat in November. They both have a long history in our town and care about its future. Anyone who knew Brian’s grandparents, Frank and Virginia Herbert, would know how proud they would be of him and what he has accomplished. Brian has received so much from Emerson and wants to give back for the future generations. Pat’s extensive background in education will mean so much to Emerson’s students.
As longtime residents, my husband, Carl Russo, and I feel what Brian and Pat have to offer is something that we can stand behind. Thank you for your consideration. Please cast your vote in November.
