MONTVALE, N.J. — Davey’s Irish Pub & Restaurant, 5 Park St., will host a 2:30 p.m. after-party Saturday, Sept. 12, following a Northeast Film Festival screening of “Once Upon a Time in Jersey” at Teaneck Cinemas.

The documentary screens at noon at the theater, 503 Cedar Lane, Teaneck. Organizers say the previously unseen final cut includes new interviews and scenes and is nominated for Best Documentary.

Directed by New Jersey native Jon Doscher, the film explores the state during the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s, highlighting figures including Tom Cruise, Bill Maher and CNN’s Dana Bash, with an appearance by Danny Aiello. Doscher describes the project, developed with filmmaker JP Rattazzi, as a love letter to old New Jersey.

Screening tickets are $12 through the festival’s ticket page; select “Saturday 12pm – Block 1.”
