RIVER VALE, N.J.—Marlyn Friedberg, broker-owner of Friedberg Properties, is pleased to announce that Runal A. Sakla-Nadgauda has joined her staff of professional real estate associates in the Pascack Valley office at 213 Rivervale Road, River Vale.
Runal lives in Harrington Park with her husband and their three children.
Runal received her second master’s degree in marketing research from Southern Illinois University in 2008.
Runal is also associated with Siddhivinayak Group, a leading real estate firm in Pune, India. Founded by her father in 1987, the firm develops, builds and sells residential apartments and commercial space to thousands of customers.
Runal’s role with the company is in crisis management and involves streamlining the operations of a project with more than 400 residential units.
Employed by Maritz Inc. for six years, she helped Fortune 500 financial corporations with market research.
In 2013, Runal founded Rayna Jewelry Boutique, combining her passion for jewelry with her intense desire to become an entrepreneur. In six years this company has grown to serve hundreds of clients across multiple states. It is one of the most sought-after brands at jewelry shows in San Francisco, Chicago and St. Louis.
A licensed New Jersey real estate sales associate, Runal is a member of the National Association of Realtors, NJ Realtors, Greater Bergen Realtors, and the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service. Affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the largest relocation network in the world, she can assist clients across the state, country and around the world.
In addition to her passion for designing jewelry, Runal’s hobbies include painting, and traveling. She is an ardent student of graphology, the science of studying handwriting. She speaks several Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati.
Runal’s goal is to use her understanding of the real estate industry formed by her decades of experience in India, to assist her customers with selling and buying homes in New Jersey, while creating lasting memories for her clients.
