WESTWOOD, N.J.—Motorists may encounter construction and temporary traffic delays this week as Veolia continues lead service line replacement work at various locations on Wheeler, Newark and Summit avenues.
The Westwood Police Department said crews will have equipment in the roadway, with possible temporary parking restrictions while work is underway.
Traffic control officers will be on scene and will work to accommodate residents who need access to homes in affected areas, police said.
Motorists are asked to use caution in active work zones and follow directions from officers, construction personnel and posted signs.
