To the editor:
Our ongoing clothing drive has a new face. We now have a Catholic Charities Donation bin on our property—79 Pascack Road, Washington Township—where the public can make donations of clothing and other goods.
Used clothing, small appliances, shoes, linens, sheets, towels, children’s books, stuffed animals, toys, and novels (no reference books) are accepted.
All items generously donated will be sold and the proceeds used to support the many programs for the needy provided by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark.
Any time is a good time to clean out that closet and make a donation. Catholic Charities will periodically report to the Knights of Columbus on how the funds are used.
