WESTWOOD—More than 35 individual garage sales are expected the weekend of Sept. 25 and 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for the Westwood-wide Garage Sale hosted by Celebrate Westwood.
The event is through a partnership with the Westwood Recreation Department and support of the mayor, council, and Westwood Police Department.
An interactive map of registered addresses, including details on any variations in operating hours, can be found at celebratewestwood.org. Registrations will be accepted through Friday afternoon.
There will not be printed versions of the addresses or map available; a list that you can print at home will be posted on celebratewestwood.org on Friday evening. Direct any questions to celebratewestwood@gmail.com.
Organizers say, “Please remember to follow all traffic and parking laws to ensure the safety and success of this inaugural event. All registration fees will go toward future community events and projects, however sale proceeds are property of participating residents and organizations. Happy shopping!”
