High school event to feature fashion show, raffles

DEMAREST, NEW JERSEY —— The annual Senior Fashion Show will take place at Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest in the auditorium on Thursday, March 8. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for raffles and concessions and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. Students will strut their stuff down the runway, modeling the latest fashions from the following local stores: Biltmore Tuxedos, Body Burn Boutique, Ginger & Cream, Indigo Chic, Marcia’s Attic, Miranda Kurtishi, Mixology, Reform, Ruby & Jenna, Sal Lauretta, SeeSaw, Society Femme and Men, Suite 201 and Threads.

In addition to a fabulous fashion show, there will be many exciting prizes to win in the basket, live and silent auctions. Raffle prizes include a private ride at Cycle Bar, a golf foursome and lunch at Alpine Country Club, tickets to baseball, hockey and football games, jewelry, gift certificates to local restaurants, salons and boutiques and much more.

Advance ticket prices are $15 for adults and $10 for students. Prices increase by $5 at the door. Gold raffle ticket prices are: three tickets for $10, 20 tickets for $20, and 40 tickets for $50. Platinum raffle ticket prices are: three tickets for $20 and 10 tickets for $50. The value combo is $100 and includes 45 gold raffle tickets and 12 platinum raffle tickets. Raffle tickets purchased in advance will have your name/phone printed on the back for you. Admission and raffle tickets purchased by March 2 will be delivered to your home. Admission and raffle tickets purchased after March 2 will be at will call. A super 50/50 raffle drawing will take place at the fashion show. Tickets are still available for purchase and cost $100 each. The total prize is expected to reach $15,000 if all 300 tickets are sold. Email nvdpg2018[AT]gmail.com to purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket.

Donations to Project Graduation 2018 can be made by sending a check payable to Project Graduation NV Dem to 150 Knickerbocker Road, Demarest, NJ 07627. Project Graduation is a non-profit organization that raises money to fund a safe and fun graduation party for the graduating seniors of Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest.
