NORTHVALE, N.J.—Chief Howard Ostrow is proud to announce the promotions of four officers who were sworn into their new positions on Nov. 13 by Mayor Pat Marana.
“Congratulations to Lt. Michael Graham, Sgt. Giuseppe Alise, Sgt. Christopher Mazzilli and Sgt. Reginald Parsells,” said Ostrow, who thanked the governing body for their continued support. “Congratulations to all four officers, whose promotions are well deserved.”
