To the editor:
Bravo to our new Council! A statement made by our new Mayor at last night’s meeting implied that the taxpayers of our Township voted for him on a notion that it somehow involved the acceptance of our current form of government when nothing could be further from the truth. If a clean campaign had been run, it is doubtful we would have had the same outcome. However, be it as it may, I feel we have actually a much better outcome as we now have a majority of competent and intelligent council members. If our new mayor sincerely wants our township to flourish, he would welcome a change of government!
