TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, N.J.—Save the date for the 10th Annual Sgt. Christopher Hrbek Halloween Costume Party at the Washington Township Knights of Columbus, 79 Pascack Road.
The fun runs Saturday, Oct. 26, 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Your $60 donation covers music, beer, wine, and food. Ages 21 and over only. Costumes are required, and there’ll be a costume contest.
Last year the ocean came alive with urchins, sirens, and jellyfish. Revelers danced to “Cake By the Ocean” and had a special performance of “Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini.”
It was all in celebration of Chris, his love of Halloween, his gift of fun, and the many memories and stories he left with us to share for years to come.
Tell your friends and family and all those who are curious about this amazing Halloween celebration for our hero. The tradition continues!
